1. Domestic Shipping
1.1. Shipping Charges:
We offer FREE shipping on all orders within India. No additional delivery charges apply.
1.2. Order Processing:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 12–15 working days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
1.3. Shipping Insurance:
All orders are shipped via our logistics partners and are fully insured until the product reaches the delivery address provided.
1.4. Delivery Timeframes:
Estimated delivery times may vary based on delivery location and product type. In cases of unusually high order volume, slight delays may occur. In such events, we will notify you via email or telephone.
2. Recipient Identification & Secure Delivery
2.1. As part of BVC Courier and Prachha delivery protocol, the recipient must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID (such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) at the time of delivery.
2.2. The delivery agent may verify and record the identity proof details before handing over the shipment to ensure safe and secure delivery. We request the recipient’s cooperation in this process.
2.3. If the recipient fails to present valid identity proof, the delivery may be rescheduled or withheld to prevent unauthorized receipt.
3. Packaging & Gift Options
3.1. Standard Packaging:
All jewelry is packed in durable, tamper-evident, and secure boxes, along with the respective authenticity certificates.
3.2. Gift Packaging:
We are pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping for orders marked as gifts. You may also include a personalized gift message. The product will be delivered in exclusive Prachha Jewels gift packaging.
4. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
4.1. If you believe your package has been tampered with, opened, or damaged, we strongly recommend that you refuse to accept the delivery.
