Cancellation Policy - Prachha Jewels
At Prachha, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please read the following Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
1.1. Orders can be cancelled within twenty-four (24) business hours of placement for a full refund, subject to a 3-6% payment gateway charge deduction.
1.2. Post 24-hour Cancellation:
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placement and before dispatch will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee on the total invoice value.
- If the product was purchased using any discount code, under a promotional offer, or via EMI facility, a 20% cancellation fee will apply after 24 hours.
1.3. Customized or Personalized Jewelry:
- All customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time.
1.4. Shipping Status:
- An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped from our facility. Customers will be notified via email/Whatsapp once their item has been dispatched.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
2.1. To initiate a cancellation request, you must contact our Customer Support Team by email or phone:

2.2. Please include your Order ID, Full Name, and Reason for Cancellation in your communication. Cancellations will only be processed upon written confirmation from our team.
2.3. If the item is already in production (for customized orders) or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
3. Refund Timelines
3.1. Upon acceptance of a valid cancellation request, your refund (after applicable deductions) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–15 working days.
4. Right to Refuse or Modify
Prachha reserves the right to modify or reject any cancellation request at its sole discretion if it is deemed to be misused or not in alignment with this policy.
