  • Our logistics provider will arrange pickup from the customer’s provided address within India at no additional shipping charge.

  • Do not return the product until you have received written confirmation from Prachha Jewels authorizing the return.
  • Returned products must be in original, unaltered, and unused condition with original packaging.
  • Invoice and Certificate of Authenticity must be enclosed for return processing.
